LOW AND SLOW VIRGINA GOODNESS
Beginning in 91 I worked at a chain BBQ restaurant for 5 years learning the ins and outs of slow smoked foods and how to prepare them. I never thought back then that BBQ would be such a huge part of my life. After five years I left the restaurant behind to partner with my father to run our family owned cleaning business . I continued on that path for the next 23 years but all the while never really doing what I truly love BBQ . With several backyard grills and smokers some of which I even built on my own for entertaining family and friends at holidays, weddings , graduation parties and so on. I really dove into studying the art of slow smoking meats. Over the last 20+ years of reading books, articles, and interacting on BBQ forums with other pit masters and competition BBQ teams I have developed my own recipe's for everything from marinades, sauces, sides and even unique sandwich combinations. So now after all the years of dreaming about starting a BBQ business my wife and I have decided to make the dream a reality. We have decided to go mobile with a BBQ trailer.
